INFORMATION CLAUSE

2. The Data Protection Officer can be contacted via email at iodo@hrbcgroup.eu.
3. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of the recruitment process based on your expressed informed consent (art. 6.1a GDPR).
4. Your personal data may be transferred to employers for the purposes of employment or future stages of recruitment. The data will be revealed to our subcontractors only in the context of the services they provide for us, in particular to subcontractors providing maintenance, advisory, consulting and IT services, as well as to internet hosting providers.
5. Your data will continue to be processed until you withdraw your consent.
6. You are entitled to demand access to, rectification, transfer, removal or limitation of processing of your personal data from the Controller. Additionally, you are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data and to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent has no impact on the lawfulness of the processing of your data that took place before the withdrawal.
8. Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, it is necessary for taking part in the recruitment process. Lack of expressed consent to processing of your data will preclude you from taking part in the recruitment process.
